Shikhar Pahariya joins girlfriend Janhvi Kapoor for Diwali Puja at Boney Kapoor’s residence; actress shares glimpses of quality family time

It’s Diwali and just like any other Indian family, Janhvi Kapoor too celebrated it with her loved ones. The ‘Ulajh’ actress recently took to social media and shared several pictures from her cosy Diwali celebration. This post included several heartwarming moments Janhvi Kapoor spent with her dad, Boney Kapoor, sister, Khushi Kapoor, boyfriend, Shikhar Pahariya, and their pets after the puja.

Yesterday (November 1), Janhvi Kapoor took to her Instagram handle and shared a series of photos that gave fans a peek into her Diwali festivities. The actress simply captioned the post “Happy Diwali” along with three emojis – a cracker bomb, a red heart and a sparkling diamond.

The first picture in her carousel features Janhvi looking pretty in a beautiful pink saree with a matching sleeveless blouse, traditional jewellery and a pink flower. She followed this with a heartwarming image of her and Khushi Kapoor posing with their dad. In this photo, Janhvi wore a chikankari kurta paired with a flowing white sharara, while Boney opted for a classic white kurta-pyjama ensemble.

The following pictures captured a candid moment of the sister duo with their furry friends as well as one of Janhvi and her boyfriend, Shikhar playing with the furbabies. For the puja, Pahariya looked dapper in a burgundy kurta, maroon coat and white pyjama. Janhvi Kapoor even posted a picture-perfect family pic of her, Khushi Kapoor, Shikhar Pahariya and Boney Kapoor sharing a moment.

On the work front, Janhvi had an impressive 2024 with three releases. She played the lead role in the sports drama Mr & Mrs Mahi, the spy thriller Ulajh and the Telugu film Devara: Part 1, co-starring Jr. NTR and Saif Ali Khan. Her upcoming next is Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, scheduled to be released in 2025.
